Project Description: Phase II- Renovation of two existing structures, both occupied full time during construction and erection of a new ballroom structure connecting to 2 structures. This was a structural steel/concrete slab project that meshes precast concrete, exterior metal panels and an extensive amount of curtain wall on the exterior.
