Project Description: New Construction of a 4 story 65,400 SF steel, concrete, masonry, and architectural precast police headquarters with and attached 4-story 72,500 SF structural precast parking garage on drilled caissons. The lower portion of the police building was designed to withstand an explosion; the windows on the first floor of the building and garage were bullet resistant.
